Our Customer service team will get back to you once the service has been added to your account.
The price of the package you downgrade or upgrade to will be reflected on your next payment due date.
IMPORTANT: All requests must be sent from the email address registered to your account, we cannot accept requests over the telephone for security reasons.

With our call divert service anybody who dials your dedicated phone number will have their call automatically redirected to another number of your choice.
