Did you know that you can have a company with a (virtual) office address in New York, working from 9 to 5 with telephone/fax numbers, emails and actual address to send mail to – while you are watching the sunset in Brazil and drinking a cocktail?
Yes, that is what the world is up to. A lot of companies have ditched the offices completely and fortunately, became more successful when they did that. Here is why and how.
First and foremost, working remotely with a virtual office address means being free and able to organize your workflow in a better way. As a CEO, it means making decisions easily and hiring the best talent the virtual world has to offer.
The digital company culture relates to success in a great way. Businesses that work virtually know that – and ‘open their offices just where they open their laptops’.
Startups are the ideal types of companies that invest in virtual ofice solutions. They give them more possibilities to make their businesses more efficient in nature – but also scale the company in an easier way.
Virtual businesses are not oriented on bureaucracy – they are focused on results. The secret is that not having an office lets you ditch the time and hours input – and focus on the results as the biggest output.
Virtual businesses know that they need to deliver the best results for their company – and put the best efforts to do that. The procrastination is not a part of their routine, and high trust is one of the most important conditions.
Does the concept of having a virtual address suit your business? Do you want to have someone delivering your mail while you are in the comfort of your home (or at the beach)? Want to organize your documents in a better way?
